It’s Time For Georgetown To Let JTIII Go

Following a loss to my Seton Hall Pirates, the Hoyas have dropped to 5-12 in the Big East, the most Big East losses in program history. After winning three straight to close out January, Georgetown has picked up just one win since (over Marquette). That is a dismal 1-6 record for the month. This month is merely a microcosm of JTIII’s past few seasons. There is a ton of talent on this roster and has been for a few seasons. The consistent underachievement has gone on for too long and has seemed to peak as of late. Even in the...

Bowman, Blackhawks Work Deadline Magic Again By Re-Acquiring Oduya

The Blackhawks have acquired former friend Johnny Oduya from the Dallas Stars to solidify their blueline as they go for their fourth Stanley Cup title in the last eight seasons. Oduya – a trade deadline acquisition himself from the Phoenix Coyotes in 2012 – was a top-four defenseman for Chicago in their 2013 and 2015 Cup-winning years. John Wall Thinks He Deserves  Better Than The “No Name Guys”

John Wall "it is frustrating you keep attacking the basket and no name guys on the other end are getting calls on little contact." — David Locke (@Lockedonsports) February 27, 2017 Well aren’t you a pretty little snowflake, John. Let me say this first, I absolutely love John Wall’s game and I did call him the most underrated NBA star in my preseason predictions, but this is just the type of preferential treatment NBA stars have come to expect. He does have a fair argument that he doesn’t get enough calls, but so did pre-injuries Derrick Rose, and he...
