Jay Cutler “Top Option” For Miami Dolphins After Tannehill Injury (UPDATED)

After everyone on Planet Earth thought Smokin’ Jay Cutler’s football career was over and done, there is now a great deal of speculation that the pride of Santa Claus, Indiana is going to sign with the Miami Dolphins after starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill was injured after a non-contact incident during training camp earlier this week.
