Cleveland Indians Win 2016 AL Pennant, Cleveland is Title Town.

Like I said in my Fuck The Cubs Power Rankings, the Indians were clear AL favorites. I totally expected them to brush off the loses of Carrasco, Salazar, Brantley and Trevor Bauer Being an Idiot and go a quick 7-1 to take the AL crown. Seriously though, unreal performances from Andrew Miller, Cody Allen and Bryan Shaw carried the Indians and Corey Kluber’s slider is still Nasty. Gotta say it, Coward Move by LeBron to take all the attention away from the Indians and ruin the celebration by bringing Cleveland a title in June. Imagine how wild this run would be if the...

Derrick Rose Cleared of all Charges in Civil Suit

The judge presiding over the Rose vs Jane Doe sexual assault civil suit has announced his verdict, and much to DRose’s relief, he was found not guilty of all charges. There was quite a bit of character shaming by both sides, so much so that the judge considered a mistrial, but he eventually decided against it and instead handed down a not guilty verdict to Derrick. I don’t think the Eagles will get that but I expect between 13 and 20...

His father, Angel Luis Baez, passed away when Javy was only 10 years old, but he certainly left his mark before his early death. Javy’s father was the primary influence behind Javy’s love for baseball as he spurred his sons’ interest at a young age. Javy and his two brothers, Gadiel and Rolando, knew they were destined for baseball greatness as they each got tattoos of the Major League Baseball Logo sometime in their adolescent years. While this may seem like a...
