Week 10 College Football Picks
Season Record: 26-22
Last Week: 2-5
It’s do or die time, 26-22 won’t cut it. Last Week stunk. Let’s hope we rebound
IF YOU AREN’T READING Brian’s NFL Picks YOU NEED TO START. He is on fire. I’m barely keeping my head above water here, Brian is straight printing money.
- South Carolina vs. Mizzou UNDER 56.5
*2 unit play*. Love this play. South Carolina is favored in this game, so it’s a guarantee they come out and play slow and safe, keep it low, and win like 20-13. No way this goes over. Will Muschamp is like LSU QB’s, we bet the under.
- Vanderbilt +26.5 @ Auburn
Vandy generally keeps games close and stops the run. Auburn likes to run. I think Vandy can keep it closer than 26.5 points. Very simple analysis here.
- Texas Tech vs. Texas OVER 81
Coming back to the well after Tech burned us last week but here we go. Texas Tech just scored 27 points in a game, which is like 3 for your average team, and Texas can stop the pass. I’ve got Tech scoring 40, if not more. Texas Tech also can’t stop the run, at all, something Texas does very well. Deonta Foreman and Tyrone Swoopes are scoring 40 themselves. Result? Over 81 is a lock. Lets say Longhorns win 45-42.
- LSU-Alabama UNDER 45
Both these teams got the week off to prepare for this game. That means LSU got an extra week to study up on a freshman QB, and Nick Saban got an extra week to prepare for a one-dimensional team. Ed Orgeron or not, LSU isn’t topic 17, which means Jalen Hurts has to come into death valley and win by 10 at night against a loaded LSU defense. I’m not buying it. Alabama wins 17-13.
- Florida -3.5 vs. Arkansas and UNDER 47
Controversy! I keep seeing people taking Arkansas for the upset, and I want to be on the record saying no to that. Arkansas finally got a week off which is nice, so their defense shouldn’t get totally gashed, but is still exposed to a decent Florida run game. On the other side is where I don’t see this upset though. Arkansas wants to come out and throw the ball a bunch. Florida has Teez Tabor and Quincy Wilson. I don’t see why people think Arkansas is going to have any success doing that. Gators win this one 20-14.
