Sources: Ezekiel Elliott Suspension Upheld After Appeal Shutdown In Court

News came out late Tuesday afternoon that Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott’s six game suspension has been upheld after he filed an appeal in the form of a restraining order against the NFL through the U.S. District Court in Sherman, Texas. However, a big development from the shutdown-appeal is that Elliott is now eligible to play Week 1 against the New York Giants due to the timing of the decision.
