Bubble Games to Watch: March 7 1

It was a pretty split even night last night for Bubble teams. Seton Hall picked up a massive win going on an 18-0 run to stun Marquette in Newark. Creighton outlasted Providence in Omaha and Clemson survived in South Bend. On the flip side, Florida let a golden opportunity slip through their fingers in overtime not even getting a shot off, Ohio State was manhandled without Kaleb Wesson by Northwestern and NC State lost to a bad Georgia Tech team at home. Oh, and Georgetown allowed 101 points in Chicago against DePaul. Today we’ve got the Big South, MAAC, MVC, Patriot, and WCC tipping off their conference tourneys. We’ve got just one bubble team in action but a lot of Conference Tournament favorites in play.

Temple at UConn 6pm CT CBSSN

Shizz Alston and company travel up to Storrs where Danny Hurley’s team has had a rough run of it lately. The Huskies have lost 7 of their last 9 which included a 6-game losing streak. Josh Carlton has been playing well for UConn but they need one of their guards to help him out. Temple needs to keep playing strong and pushing their tempo. The Owls cannot afford this loss, especially with so many bubble teams losing lately.
