Le’Veon Bell Signs with Jets
Finally, the saga is over.
The former Steelers running back who sat out the entire 2018 season during a contract dispute/holdout is now poised to join the Jets in one of the offseason’s biggest pickups across the league.
Though few if any clues have been tracked down since Bell’s “Life’s A Gamble” mixtape release at midnight Eastern, Schefter was all over the news in the early hours of the morning.
Earlier, it was reported the Jets made one final offer after Anthony Barr verbally agreed to a deal with the Jets but spurned the franchise by backing off his verbal commitment and returning to Minnesota. With some cash laying around after this debacle and even after inking C.J. Mosley to a lucrative deal, the J-E-T-S got their man.
